• How much time do you spend on the road between Lodges/Camps? Is this properly explained with transit times in the proposed itinerary?
• Could you fly between Lodges/Camps to save time?
• What vehicles does the operator use?
• How experienced are the guides and do they speak good English?
• What exactly is the accommodation like?
• If you are a keen photographer will the guide be able to give you access to the best shots?
• Does the operator stress your safety and comfort as well as the animals?
• How much useful information are you given at this stage?
